What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, email, optionally your phone number, and your message. If your message describes information about your child (e.g. their speech or development), it may constitute special-category (health) data.

Purpose & legal basis

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange an appointment. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Sharing with third parties

We use Resend (a US-based provider) to deliver the email, which involves a transfer outside the EU.

To protect the form from abuse we use Upstash (a hosted Redis service, EU region), which stores a pseudonymised identifier derived from your IP address — not the address itself — for a short time (up to about 20 minutes) and then deletes it automatically.

The website is hosted on Vercel; images and files are stored on Cloudflare R2 (EU) and content in a Neon database. These providers process data solely to operate the site.

We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Cookies

On our public pages we use only one strictly necessary cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember the language you chose. We set no advertising or analytics cookies, so we do not display a cookie-consent banner. (The staff login at /admin uses a separate, strictly necessary session cookie.) If that changes, we will ask for your consent.

Retention

We keep messages only as long as needed to respond and assist you.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to withdraw consent. For any request, please contact us.
